For the two-year aging, we chose a French oak barrel made at the François Frères cooperage in Burgundy, which previously aged our pinot noir wines for four years.

On the nose: ripe pineapple and yellow-fleshed peach appear, complemented by the freshness of orange peel and a hint of caramelized hazelnut.

On the palate: lively, with the spiciness of orange peel and white pepper, and thanks to barrel aging, it evokes caramelized tropical fruits and roasted hazelnuts.
