How it was made

Selective harvesting by variety. Gentle processing, then reductive fermentation at low temperature. The wine was rested and aged in steel tanks for three months.

In its aroma

The wine greets with an intense, fresh, and lively scent. After meadow flowers, the fruits arrive – ripe pear, yellow apple, and juicy peach, complemented by subtle elderflower and sweet lemon candy aromas.

In its taste

On tasting, the sip is easy to drink, light yet full-bodied. Stone fruits with white flesh return, finishing with a citrusy aftertaste. An excellent companion for the spring and summer months.
